It will include a presentation from the CCC and a discussion with:
• The former EU lead negotiator to the UNFCCC, Pete Betts, who has been supporting the CCC’s work to assess the international implications of the Sixth Carbon Budget;
• Professor Corinne Le Quéré, member of the Climate Change Committee and Professor of Climate Change Science at the University of East Anglia; and
• Professor Piers Forster, member of the Climate Change Committee, and Director of the Priestley International Centre for Climate and Professor of Physical Climate Change at the University of Leeds.
